Update: Dog still missing after crash

A R1000 reward is being offered

Riley is a black, medium-sized crossbreed with a white patch on his chest. He went missing at around 3-4pm on Thursday, 27 October, 2016, on the N3 highway.

His owners were heading north from Pietermaritzburg towards the Bergville toll plaza in a silver-grey Suzuki Jimny when they were involved in a single vehicle motor accident about 10km before the Bergville plaza.

It is an open field area, but there are power lines very near to the scene of the accident and a marker as attached (N3-6  12,2N)

They had 2 dogs with them. The one was found on the other side of the highway shortly after the accident, but Riley bolted and disappeared. Riley had a collar and a lead on at the time, and has a microchip.

His owners believe he may be on nearby farmland or rural areas.

He is about 7 years old.

If anybody finds Riley, please could they email findriley2016@yahoo.com

A R1000 reward is being offered.
