Fun on the first day at Drakensview

Proud moms and dads walked their happy children into their new classrooms

Many very excited grade one learners arrived at Drakensview Primary School early in the morning on the first day of school to begin their careers in formal education.

Proud moms and dads walked their happy children into their new classrooms. The very organised teachers soon had everyone hard at work colouring in. After spending two hours at school they enthusiastically “read” what they had learnt to the photographer.

School is fun and lots of hard work for these little people. Constant support and help from their parents will enable these new school-goers an easier passage through the corridors of education.
