Travelling preacher ‘blesses large crowd’ with hard cash

Mr Mabika said he travels around from town to town spreading 'the word'.

A large crowd stood spellbound on the Shoprite parking lot on Tuesday afternoon when a travelling preacher and ‘fortune teller’ and his group ‘blessed’ passers-by, including a disabled boy, with cash and ‘holy water’.

Mkhulu Mabika of Empangeni and members of his Ezomoyo Church told the Courier that they do not use ‘muthi’ as he is not a sangoma.  “I only bless people with prayers and holy water.”

A boy in a wheelchair was given a R1000 as was a needy woman.  The crowd was left amazed by his generosity.  Mr Mabika said he travels around from town to town spreading ‘the word’.
