Treating clients holistically, and changing their mindset, is the approach followed by the clinic.

“People tend to think about themselves a lot, but if we put things into perspective, we are here to help others.”

WH&M bases weight loss management on the pillars of healthy food, minerals, vitamins and stress management. Building on these pillars will ensure a healthy and strong body, Mrs van Heereden believes.

“We are the only species that poisons ourselves and our young by what we eat,” she concluded.
