Education is a powerful weapon with God
The aim of the service was to teach the youth to invest in God and knowledge
The Revelation of Prophecy Ministries held a church service and invited guests to the Forderville Primary School Hall on Saturday to encourage the youth to attend school.
The service was themed, “Go back to school in the name of Jesus.”
Ministers of the church invited a grade 12 class from Bhekundi Secondary School and the youth committee from the church to feed off the motivational testimonies from the guest speakers.
The aim of the service was to teach the youth to invest in God and invest in knowledge. The church’s growing concern is the youth dropping out of school and leading lives without God and, for the Revelation of Prophecy Ministries, this is a recipe for disaster.
A praise and worship session was enjoyed after which a career guidance talk was delivered.
The Revelation of Prophecy Ministries, Pastor GZ Mbhele would like to thank Mr Ngcobo, the Deputy General Director for education and Doctor Mazibuko for attending.
“We, as the church, wish the learners from Bhekundi Secondary School all the best for the rest of their schooling career,” added Pastor Mbhele.
All those present enjoyed a lovely lunch.
