NEWCASTLE CBD – After 43 years in the yoke of Education, Mr. Phillip Noomè, Principal of Tugela Pre-Vocational School, decided to call it a day at the end of 2016.
Mr. Noomè’s presence was deeply felt at Tugela. Over the past 20 years he had build the School up to one of the most prestigious Pre-Vocational schools in the Country.
Under his expert guidance several new subjects were incorporated into the Practical Department. He also established a Reading Centre that is of great value to the learners.
