To describe the indescribable. That is the challenge that the 32 learners that attended the #Imagine Camp from the 18th to the 21st of March in the Free State, were faced with this last week. It was a weekend full of Worship and Praise. A weekend where they got to connect and share with over 3 000 of their fellow campers and crew members.
Stories were shared and hearts were opened to the love of God. It was such an inspiring and unforgettable experience to all of the learners and they could not have spent the long weekend in a better way. The learners are all very excited and eager to be joining the next #Imagine Camp in 2018 and they will encourage more people to join them in the unforgettable experience.
On behalf of all the learners from DHS they would like to thank all the educators and parents that made the weekend possible and all the hard work and late nights that they had to endure.

Thank you Battle Creek Spur
On Tuesday, March 21, the first Girls Hockey Team worked as shadow waitresses at Battle Creek Spur. Thank you to manager, Gerrie Marais, for allowing the girls the opportunity to raise much needed funds for their upcoming tour. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support both Spur and The Spartans. It is hugely appreciated.

Well earned Spur burgers for the first team Hockey Girls after a long shift.

Voortrekker Sportdag
11 – 6 teen Voortrekker
8 – 2 teen Linpark
7 – 3 teen Sarel Cilliers
8 – 2 teen Amanzimtoti.
