The Overdale Farming Business League is hotting up with only three games left. The situation is very tight at the top and there are five teams who can still take the honours.
The leader board looks as follows:
1st Braytons 19 (+56); 2nd The Fockers 18 (+34); 3rd Pizzeria & Fish 18 (+26); 4th Flower Power 16 (+17) and 5th Up Town Girls 15 (+38).
All participants must take note that the final round has been postponed from April 13 to April 20. Remember to bring your friends and family and your basket and come enjoy the evening with us. The past weekend saw the club host the Northern Zone Mens and Ladies 4’s tournament. A big thank you to all who contributed to it being a great success. The winners in the mens section were Sid Price and his team from Newcastle. Runners up were T Angus, Stoney and Tony from Dundee. In the ladies section, Lorraine Vincent and her team from Vryheid were victorious and Alice Howe and her team from Newcastle were runners up.
The Club wishes Dougie and Essie Slabbert and Hannelie and Carl Arndt and their respective KZNCB u/25’s and u/19’s teams the very best of luck and good bowling in Bloemfontein this week.
