Dundee High’s poetry club will be launched this year.
This will help prospective young poets to be known in Dundee and the surroundings. The aim of the launch is to encourage other learners to write more poems that will inspire and change the negative mindset of those that think that doing poetry is a waste of time.
The school would like to invite parents, friends and those who wishes to join and support DHS on this day.

Entrance Fee: R10 (Scholars) R20 (Adults)
Tickets will be available at DHS reception office from May 2. They will also be sold at the door on the day of the event. The Tuckshop will be open for refreshments. See you there.
Mnr en Mej DHS
Die finale rondte van die Mnr en Mej DHS kompetisie het op Dinsdag, April 25 plaasgevind. Daar was groot opgewondenheid onder die deelnemers en toeskouers en na ‘n aand vol vermaak is die wenners gekroon. Mr and Miss Personality/Public Vote: Sipho Buthelezi and Sonishka Singh. Mr and Miss Photogenic: Dylan Maré and Amanda Cilo. Second Prince and Princess: Koos (Lwandile) Mdladla and Nosipho Mkize. First Prince and Princess: Karl Thom and Laura de Oliveira. Mr and Miss DHS 2017 winners: Tian Wang and Chanté Groenewald
