It may have been a chilly Mother’s Day on Sunday but the atmosphere was warm in Charlies SuperSpar where flowers and cards were handed out to mothers doing their Sunday shopping. Maliga Pillay and her staff were on hand to put a smile on those faces and give mum’s some cheer they deserve!

It was miserable day for Mother’s Day but the light rain was widely welcomed.

Spar staff, Mla Qwabe and Maliga Pillay, caught by surprise, Elsa Scholtz, who was a little overwhelmed by the Mother’s Day fuss!
