Notice: Van Reenen’s Pass still open despite inclement weather conditions

Motorists are urged to travel safely on the roads

Numerous reports on social media and WhatsApp groups say that Van Reenen’s Pass is closed due to bad weather conditions.

This is not true! Van Reenen’s Pass on the N3 is still open, with no warnings predicted for the area as yet.

Icy conditions are prevalent in the Van Reenen area and also throughout KZN due to the cold front.
