Gymnastics introduced at Estcourt Christian Academy

The sessions include; learning how to prepare their body for exercise and participating in floor and vault activities

Some of the learners at Estcourt Christian Academy (ECA) now have the opportunity to participate in gymnastic training.

Gill Gosbee assisted by her husband Paul; both from the United Kingdom, have begun teaching a gymnastics programme, which is based on one taught in many British primary schools.

The children receive a 30-minute session each week. The sessions include; learning how to prepare their body for exercise and participating in floor and vault activities.
