GALLERY: Sakekamer spoils secretaries with a high tea

Secretaries from around Newcastle, gathered at the The Pines Wedding and Conference Centre on Wednesday, September 6, to celebrate Secretaries Day, hosted by Newcastle Sakekamer.

Sakekamer Public Relations Officer, Angelique van Vuuren said all secretaries deserved to be recognised for their hard work and dedication to their companies.

“As a way of thanking them, we decided to host a high tea, where they could feel appreciated and special,” she said.

Pretoria based motivational speaker, Elmien Botha, was the special guest speaker of the day, and motivated the women with wise words and witty humour.

Apart from the talk, guests received gift bags containing lots of useful goodies and participated in a lucky ticket draw.

Escaping from their usual daily routines, the women enjoyed the day with much laughter and good food.
