Another march on Dundee Hospital to protest against out sourcing

People say employment is high in Endumeni but yet locals are still overlooked

Dundee Hospital was another scene of a protest march this morning as demonstrators walked from Sibongile to McKenzie Street to present a memorandum to hospital management.

Led by Mzwakhe Sithebe of the Endumeni Residents Association, the marchers said they are against the outsourcing of cleaning services at the hospital which they claim has seen an out of town company employ only ‘outsiders’ at the expense of locals.

There was a strong police heavy presence but no incidents were reported.
