Eastern extravaganza coming soon

The Eastern Music Extravaganza and Sari Queen Contest will take place on October 28 at the Swami Sahajananda Community Hall at 6.30pm

Iskcon Estcourt members are planning a grand fundraising Eastern evening of music and entertainment.

The reason for this is to raise funds for the temple that is being built in Forderville.

The Eastern Music Extravaganza and Sari Queen Contest will take place on October 28 at the Swami Sahajananda Community Hall at 6.30pm.

You can look forward to music from Durban band Sands Productions as well as local group Sashnee Sangeeth. In addition the Estcourt Senior Citizens Club will be participating in a Glamorous Gran Parade, there will be dances and a lucky ticket draw.

If you’re interested in participating in the Sari Queen Contest, which is limited to 25 entrants, please contact Sharmila on 084 580 5139 or Vinotha on 036 352 7097.

Cash prizes and vouchers are up for grabs. Tickets are available from Mace Autozone, Haribhai’s Jewellers and Absolute Heaven.
