Two new members join Time Trials

Ladies 3km Walk: Luzanne van der Mescht – 38m34s edged out Thembi Mthabela – 38m37s by three seconds.
Ladies 4km Jog/Walk: Kholiwe Buthelezi – 26m33s finished ahead of Makhosi Qwabe – 32m48s.
Men 4km Run: Spephelo Ntshingila – 17m43s set a new personal best ahead of Banele Sithebe – 18m25s, who also set a new personal best. Zwelihle Duma – 18m27s finished third ahead of Moyomuhle Ngobese – 22m22s.
Men 8km Run: Bongani Sabelo – 29m11s finished first ahead of Lindani Sangweni – 30m03s and Thokozani Phungula – 30m09s. Philemon Zondi – 34m13s and Khulani Nene – 37m12s both set new personal bests.
