Cannibalism case: Suspects to apply for bail
During the suspect's previous court appearance, State Prosecutor Mr Zuma said that they would ' exercise their right to bail,'
Four suspects in the notorious cannibalism case will appear in court this Friday.
Nino Mbatha, Sithembiso Sithole, Lungisani Magubane and Khayelihle Lamula will appear in the Estcourt Magistrate’s Court for a bail application.

During the suspect’s previous court appearance, State Prosecutor Mr Zuma said that they would ‘ exercise their right to bail’.

Three other men, Lindokuhle Masondo, Wiseman Madlala and Sazi Ndlovu, on October 12 had the charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder provisionally withdrawn, pending the on-going investigation.
