November is Diabetes Awareness Month, and the Estcourt Lions Club, together with the assistance of Sister Jenny Wreford, are offering free diabetes testing this Saturday between 8.30am and 11am at Estcourt Pharmacy, Hillside Shopping Centre.

Some warning signs for diabetes:
• Constant thirst.
• Constant fatigue/tiredness.
• Frequent urination.
• Unexplained weight loss.
• Unexplained itchiness of the skin.
• Blurred vision.
• Dizziness.
• Slow healing of cuts and bruises.
• Tingling or numbness of hands and feet.
