The Siraatul Haq Islamic School and Madrasah continued its proud tradition of academic excellence with its 25th 100 percent pass rate in the National Senior Certificate examination, in as many years!
That is a quarter of a century of superlative service to the community. The Class of 2017, not to be outdone by its predecessors, performed remarkably, with some results being truly brilliant.
21 learners sat for the examinations and attained an impressive 66 A’s. Two learners achieved the maximum eight out of eight A’s. One learner was awarded seven A’s, two achieved six A’s and one received five A’s.
The School Board of Governors expressed its sincere gratitude to the Almighty Creator for all the successes of the school and also thanked its team of dedicated educators, the parent community and the learners of the Class of 2017 for their sterling work.
The board assures the community, that together with its continued support, the school will continue to build on its successes and the service it provides.
The Principal attributed the excellent results to the willingness of both learners and educators, to dedicate the additional hours, imperative in the final year of study. Congratulations matric Class of 2017!
