Dumping mystery solved
She can't understand why people would drive all the way to Craigieburn to dump bags of refuse when the municipality collects domestic rubbish.

Hetta Lake did not have to play Sherlock Holmes to discover who dumped their domestic rubbish on MacPhail Drive, Craigieburn.
All she did was to sift through the bags that had been left there.
“I soon found a pay slip, a lawyer’s letter and more. I traced the owner of the refuse bags to a Ngobese in Sibongile. I phoned her, as her number was also on one of the papers in the bag, but she was not very co-operative,” said Mrs Lake.

She added that she can’t understand why people would drive all the way to Craigieburn to dump bags of refuse when the municipality collects domestic rubbish.
“It is so inconsiderate and just pollutes the environment. We are very proud of where we stay and people should use the municipal service provided.”
