Bakkie crashes into building during wet weather conditions in Ladysmith
A large crowd gathered around to see what was going on
A Toyota bakkie crashed in Forbes Street on Tuesday afternoon (January 30).
It is believed that the bakkie was travelling along Forbes Street, which is a one-way, when the driver lost control and crashed into a building.
Heavy rain was falling at the time.
Luckily, the driver was not injured and no pedestrians were walking in the area.

Bystanders helped push the bakkie off the staircase on which it landed and also moved the gates that the vehicle crashed into.
Public Safety, emergency personnel and a towing service responded to the scene.
