Police have confirmed that a case of rape is being investigated after a minor child was raped on January 27.

The Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Investigations (FCS) based in Estcourt will be tasked to investigate the happenings on the day.
“It is alleged that a mother fetched her child from the nanny’s house and discovered that her child had been raped,” commented police spokesperson Captain Charmaine Struwig.
