ATM scams continue to fleece members of the public
Scams continue to trick ATM users out of their cash
Bank customers are still falling victim to card skimming and ATM fraud and the ABSA ATM in Dundee seems to be a crime “hot spot”.
Police reported that three bank customers were robbed of their hard-earned money this weekend. The money was later withdrawn at Spar, Dundee.
A police investigation is continuing. Again, police have warned those using ATMS to take particular care and not allow themselves to be distracted while drawing money.
