Another outstanding and breath-taking performance from Francois le Roux (the Ha!Man) and Joke Debaere took place recently.
Guests chatted in anticipation as they took their seats in the lounge of the Vercuil family home in Jannie De Waal Avenue in Drakensview.

Joke did poetic justice to each note the Kawai GL 50 grand piano echoed, which Francois played. Each segment of the concert stirred various kinds of emotions, from suspense to tranquillity and joy then gloom. It was audible how much passion was poured out into what they do.

The show was very interactive and embracing, and most of the music styles were influenced by Africa, jazz and classical music to name a few.
One attendee was overheard saying: “Ons hang aan jou lippe.”
Which translates to: ‘We are hanging on your lips.”
It was said to express how attentive the guests were.
Mr Vercuil said: “It is the quality that matters and not the quantity.”

He went on to thank the performers and guests saying that although few attended, he was glad that everyone wanted to be present.
Mrs Vercuil appreciated the show, saying: “I like that it is so fresh and that word art is brought in.”
Francois le Roux thanked the Vercuil family, the guests and also local media for their much appreciated coverage. The pair also had their products for sale.
The talented duo blew the roof off and earned standing ovations at the end of each performance. The concert left attendees reeling for more, which was also very thought-provoking and had a message of hope. Their music stimulates the body, mind and soul, while it delved into what it means to love and appreciate nature, among other themes.
