DJS excels at sport

DJS se eerste rugby span het vir baie opwinding gesorg.

DJS makes Utrecht Nashua Sports Week 2018, one to remember.
At the end of the first term, Dundee Junior School’s first and second rugby teams and first Netball team attended the 2018 Utrecht Nashua Sports week.
Die leerders het Sondagmiddag, 25 Maart, met baie opgewondenheid op die bussies geklim, oppad Utrecht toe. Op hierdie toer het die leerders die geleentheid gekry om saam met ander skole sosiaal te verkeer. DJS’s second rugby team played their hearts out. The Netball team gave it their best shot but unfortunately lost the bronze medal match by one goal. Needless to say, they happily walked away with the prize for the team with the best spirit, discipline and behaviour.

Hockey (Girls): u/10 and u/11 wen 1 – 0; 2de speel gelykop 0 – 0; 1ste wen 3 – 0.
Netball: u/10 verloor 5 – 9; u/11 wen 5 – 2; 2de wen 10 – 3; 1ste wen 8 – 6.
Seuns Hokkie: 1st lost 2 drew 1.
