The knitted teddy pieces were brought to Estcourt by Paul and Gill Gosbee who are volunteers, also from the UK. The teddies were then completed by Mrs Ansje du Plessis who is the SAVF Manager.

A number of hours were spent stuffing and sewing until all 24 teddies where finished.

The teddies have been shared amongst the classes so that all the learners can have an opportunity to hug one of these cuddly bears. No doubt the teddies will be well-loved over the course of the next few months and beyond!
