Illegal dumping in Meena Place causes outrage among Ladysmith residents

Meena Place, like many other roads in the Ladysmith area, has fallen prey to illegal dumping.

“They just throw rubbish on the centre piece of land and leave it there. It is upsetting as it shows no respect for others,” a resident told a Ladysmith Gazette journalist.
