Science expo set to take place in Ladysmith

Learners get to present their independent research projects which focus on science, technology, engineering and mathematics

The annual Northern Region ‘Eskom Expo for Young Scientists’ will take place at the Ladysmith Indoor Sports Complex on Friday, July 27. This expo is open to learners from Grade 5 to 12.

This is a national initiative that is sponsored by Eskom, where learners get to present their independent research projects which focus on science, technology, engineering, mathematics and innovation.

The public is welcome to view the projects on the day, once judging is completed after 12 noon.
