Alfred Duma Local Municipality say they have started implementing what they call ‘Plan B’.

According to Alfred Duma Local Municipality spokesperson Siyabonga Maphalala, “Our area experienced a high percentage of rainfall this year that has created a number of road failures due to water ingress (basically infiltration into the road surface). We are currently implementing Plan B (adding resources) that will assist in reducing the backlog quicker.”

Many are hoping that the potholes will be attended to quickly.
