Estcourt donors bleed for a worthy cause

Donors were welcomed with a smile as they made their way to the various stations before donating a pint of lifesaving blood

This was when the Estcourt Sai Centre in partnership with the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) hosted a blood donor clinic.

First time donor Viren Sookoo.

Donors were welcomed with a smile as they made their way to the various stations before donating a pint of lifesaving blood. 37 donors attended with 24 pints of blood being collected.

Rajiv Kallicharan donated his 38th pint of blood on Sunday.

“Thank everyone for their support. Also to remember the big event taking place in September 2018, which is a huge blood donor clinic to held at the 24-hour CanSA Relay for Life,” commented blood donor clinic organiser Dr Lalitha Badul.
