Shane was born and raised in Newcastle, and this 25-year-old fitness trainer has had to overcome many obstacles along the way to get to where he is today.

“My life was not one of the easiest growing up. My dad passed away when I was a young boy, so I didn’t have a father figure when I was growing up. Fortunately, there was always someone there for me as a father figure, and who helped me get through the difficult times in my life. I must say I am proud of what I have achieved thus far.”
