The Department of Correctional Services, office of the Area Commissioner and Dundee Community Corrections jointly commemorated Mandela Day at Siphuthando Care Centre.

The ceiling board was donated by Ismail’s Trading.
Inmates from the Correctional Services were part of the workforce that put up the ceiling.
