Colita senior citizens are being mindful of health matters

Members of the Colita Senior Citizens Club have been keeping busy during September. During National Wills Week Ramika Peerbhay spoke to the members about taking advantage of getting their will drawn up for free.
Several members indicated they do not have a will. The importance of having a will and avoiding unnecessary cost and inconvenience to family members were discussed.

Some members said that due to transport, they were unable to visit the attorneys that are not situated in town.
Heritage Day celebrations were hosted on October 3. Entertainment and traditional food and attire were the order of the day.

Members were encouraged to be aware of their readings. All members were appreciative of the community members and volunteers who contribute to make their meetings a success.
