Dam levels: Spioenkop Dam over 80% full, even though not much rain has fallen

The latest dam level readings for the Ladysmith area are looking good, even though not much rain has fallen.

There has been some rainfall in the catchment areas, which has resulted in the dams maintaining their high levels.

Here are the most recent recorded levels from this week:

Spioenkop Dam is at 83.0%, with Driel Barrage Dam at 96.0%.
