SARS Newcastle branch is a pleasure to visit. The security, officials at front desk and throughout are extremely efficient, polite and helpful no matter how trivial the request they give us the answers resolving our queries in a matter of minutes.

It is with disappointment that La Gratitude Home for the Aged management were unable to find a email address for SARS Newcastle Management customer care or other to send a letter of appreciation for the outstanding service we have received from SARS officials.

Special mention would have to go your TEU manager Sifiso. His professionalism willingness to go that extra mile to help La Gratitude Home for the Aged apply for the 18A registration has to be commended. His knowledge is vast and his help to get our application in and done in a timorous and professional manner is appreciated.
