Warning issued for motorists to avoid area
Motorists are urged to avoid travelling to Ladysmith through Glencoe as protest action steadily builds.
The road between Wasbank and Elandslaagte has once again become the scene on unhappy community members, voicing their dissatisfaction.
Motorists driving through the area reported seeing community members dragging tree branches and tyres into the middle of the road, to block it off again.
The area was blocked off on December 31 as well, when angry community members protested a lack of service delivery.
