Teenager has been found and reunited with family
Wikus Vorster (16) has been found safe and sound.
The teen went missing from his home last night. His mother sent out a desperate plea on social media to find her son.
The case was reported to the Newcastle FCS Unit who worked together with the community to find the boy. He was spotted at a garage in town in the early hours of this morning.
Commander of the FCS Unit Captain Nagesh Moothilal confirmed that the boy had been reunited with his family.
Wikus’s mother thanked everyone who assisted in finding her son.
