Good Samaritans donate to school for disabled children
The beaming smiles of the learners and teachers was proof of just how much this gesture meant to them
A group of men from the Roman Catholic Church in Ezakheni A-Section recently opened their hearts and donated groceries to a small school in the area. Esibusisiwe School looks after mentally-handicapped children.
The men, calling themselves Joseph’s Fathers, were touched by the good work done at the school in providing the best possible care for these children with special needs.
According to one of the churchmen, Bheki Zikalala, the community needs to acknowledge the good deeds done by schools like this. In turn, through the church’s kindhearted donation, they are hoping to touch the hearts of other people too and continue the cycle of caring.
The beaming smiles of the learners and teachers alike was proof of just how much this gesture meant to them.
The church group promised they will make it a habit to come and help the school wherever possible.
