In order for the Social Development Department to place children in foster homes or with caregivers, they have to make a public appeal for biological family

If you can help with locating relatives for the following people, please call Social Worker Miss SL Mbatha on 036 342 7500.

1. The father or family of Fernando Kyle Mulenga who was born on April 24, 2009. His mother Zinhle Innocentia Ndlovu who resided in Colita is deceased. His father’s name is Kelvin Mulenga, his whereabouts are unknown.

2. Family of Ty-Anne Losper who was born on August 9, 2006. Her mother Belinda Losper from Colita is deceased. Her father’s whereabouts are unknown, his name is Brian May.

3. Relatives of Samukelisiwe Igrid Ngcobo who was born on February 4, 2002. Her mother Hleziphi Portia Ngcobo who lived in Colita is deceased. Her father is known as Bongani Mkhize, other particulars are unknown.

4. The father or family of Ayanda Fakude who was born on February 10, 2004. Her mother Promise Lindiwe Mngwengwe who was from Tongaat in Durban is deceased. Her father’s name is Constable Phiweyinkosi Fakude.
