Cyclist injured after being hit by car in Kandahar Avenue

A cyclist was knocked down by a car in Kandahar Avenue on Thursday morning (June 20).

It is believed that the cyclist was travelling down Kandahar Avenue towards the bridge when the car hit him.

Only minor injuries were sustained, with the motorist stopping to assist.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and treated the accident victim for his injuries.
