Historic Dundee Railway Station has derailed

The complex is deserted, overgrown and has become a dumping site, and vagrants have taken up residency there.

Dundee’s Railway Station has come off the tracks. So say residents living near the historic station, which looks rather forlorn since Transnet ceased operations there 18 months ago.

The complex is deserted, overgrown and has become a dumping site. Vagrants have also moved in, and those living on nearby Beaconsfield Street and Robertson Lane have expressed fear the area is a breeding ground for crime.
