Manelisi (Aminah) Khoza, a Grade Six learner from Glencoe Primary Violet, recently participated in the Spelling Bee competition at circuit level.
The competition was held in Dundee at the Environmental Centre, with 12 schools participating. Aminah did extremely well and placed first.
On August 22, she participated at district level in Msinga, where she was accompanied by teacher, R. Singh. Aminah performed extremely well in all the rounds and was placed second, and participated at a provincial level in Durban at the end of August. She has made her school extremely proud.
