Vryheid Bowling Club held its Mixed Pairs competition at the weekend. The winners of Section Two on Saturday were André and Noëla Dreyer, with Alta de Kock and partner, Mathias Buthelesi in second place. The finals were played on Sunday and the overall competition winners were Alta and Mathias. Club members thanked all the bowlers who took part and extended their appreciation to Rozelle Mostert, who contributed a hearty meal at the end of the day. The ‘Sundowners’ tournament for club members is currently underway and has been very successful thus far.
