One dead and four injured in Drakensberg Drive crash
The fifth occupant sustained fatal injuries.
One person has died and four others were injured in a crash which occurred on Drakensberg Drive at the weekend.
Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the scene.
“Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found three occupants had sustained serious injuries, while one sustained minor injuries. The patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital,” said Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service Spokesperson, Craig Botha.
According to Craig, the fifth occupant sustained fatal injuries and succumbed to them before emergency services arrived.
The cause of the accident is not known and police investigations continue.
