Spoornet pensioners meet for ‘brekkie’ and frienship

A group of retired Spoornet employees attended a social breakfast gathering at the Bean Tree coffee shop, to catch up and reminisce about their time with the rail service.
The ‘Spoornet pensioners’ first met in October 2018.
Duppie and Dawie Pieterse wanted to keep colleagues connected and maintain the friendships made, and brought together the pensioners to socialise.
This year’s breakfast was a joyful morning full of laughter.
