The taxi rank was packed to capacity with commuters this week

Town has been a hive of activity since Monday this week (May 4), with hundreds of people flocking into the CBD to get their social grant payouts.

The Ladysmith taxi rank was packed to capacity with commuters getting off or into taxis.
