All their activities are organised by the Malta Girl Guide Movement to keep them busy during this period.

The young members commemorated Earth Day by planting fruit and vegetables, completed a Mandala project using whatever they found around the house, enjoyed Picnic Day (while taking into consideration the Covid-19 policy), dressed up in old clothes to be superheroes, and also had a Girl Guide / Scout parade.

The children also made a model of the Covid-19 virus and their own indigenous board game for playing izingendo.

“It was quite interesting seeing them enjoying themselves in different ways and different activities. Thumbs-up to the Malta Girl Guide activities for occupying our children during this lockdown,” said Guider Deborah Gamede.
