Local medical practice ‘returns to normal’

Patients are urged to follow the regulations

Local medical practice Dunmed has announced a return of ‘business as usual’, following President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement that the country will move to lockdown level 3 from June 1.

“With the understanding that the coronavirus (Covid-19) will be with us for a long time, we would like to inform everyone that we will be open and functioning as before. We are now fully open for all consultations, general check-ups, routine examinations and procedures,” Dunmed said in a statement.

“As previously stated, if you have a fever or any of the following symptoms – chills, dry cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea – then please phone the consulting rooms for further advice.”
