There was great jubilation at the Department of Social Development in Grey Street on Monday when one of their own won a prestigious provincial award.
Ntombizodwa Phyllis Mabaso (62) was judged ‘Best General Worker of the Year’ within the KZN Department of Social Development.
Delighted and surprised, Mrs Mabaso collected a trophy, certificates and a cheque for R10 000.
