Kandahar Avenue is yet again the victim of illegal dumping.

A motorist was driving along the road when she noticed a box full of litter in the middle of the street. She questions why people would do that. “Why can’t we live in a neat and clean environment?” she asks.

This motorist now requests the community to stop all illegal dumping and report people who do dump illegally, so that action can be taken against them.
